Internship program

Whether you are IT students who eager to see your school lessons become meaningful contribution and build the first milestones of your IT journey or tech enthusiasts who currently works in other industries and want a career change to IT Support / System admin, we’d love to talk to you and help you to grow both professionally and personally.

What you will be doing:

You will be communicating with end users in a professional, supportive environment to provide IT support/consultation face-to-face and via email.
Attend IT meeting with planning strategist, senior techs, stakeholders to discuss IT projects, document and report to your manager.
Construct, update IT technical documents: network diagram, server topology, heatmap, etc.
Obtain troubleshooting skills through working hands on and being mentored by our senior staff.
Working side-by-side with our senior techs while enjoying access to latest enterprise technologies: Cisco 9000s, PRISM WLC, Nutanix HCI, Microsoft S2D, Azure, Intune etc.
Manage workflow, support tickets, various IT operations.
Participate in IT projects: implement system policy, upgrade network infrastructure, deploy new hardware

What you will learn with us:

Customer service, consultation, workflow management skills.
Networking skills: configure, troubleshoot wide range of switches Unify, Cisco, Aruba. Understand and deploy VLANs, STP, MLAG to improve network security, availability.
Server infrastructure: Active Directory, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, Fileshare, Print management, ADFS, NPS, ADCS, SCCM, SCVMM, WAC
Microsoft 365: Admin center, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Sharepoint admin center, Teams admin center
Virtualisation technologies: Nutanix HCI, Microsoft Failover cluster, S2D, HyperV, VMware, Citrix
Mobile Device management: Intune, JamF, Mosyle, ASM, Meraki
Peripheral and IoT devices: VOIP, PBX, CCTV, Security and alarm
Firewall and proxy: Fortinet, Sophos, Squid
