Key criterias:

• Great customer service and communication, consultation skills is a MUST HAVE.
• Windows Server 2016 & 2019- Managing virtualisation and core server infrastructure.
• Managing Office 365 and GSuite.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Desktops and laptops.
• Network Administration of Cisco switches and WAPs.
• Workflow management and documentation skills essential.

Personal attributes:

• Motivated, self-starter; able to work autonomously, or as part of a team as the work requires
• Resourceful – able to find and research information in order to derive appropriate solutions to problems
• A good communicator, able to document technical procedures, and follow documentation of others
• Ability to troubleshoot and fault find through systematic processes of observation and elimination
• Previous experience in an education environment will be highly regarded.
